MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Tendon, extra fat and clotted blood from cut surface are removed from deboned beef chuck. Chuck is cut by both sides so that it is rectangular. Large and wide chucks can be cut into smaller pieces accordingly with the product description. Ph max 6.0. Weight between 4 - 6 kg. Packed in vacum and black srs crate.
