MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Frozen fatty- and connective tissue - rich beef trimming which includes fatty loins and small parts of trimming. Trimming does not include tendons. The fat content of trimming is 30% cl and trimming is coarse grinded before packing. Trimming is packed to carton with blue inner bag and then freezing. Cartons of trimming are variable weight.
