Strong structured young bull striploin without cap and chains and with thin silver membrane. Extra fats are removed. The roastside flap of the striploin is removed and the both sides of the striploin are cut to the direct line. The weight limit is between 4,0 - 6,0 kg. Ph 6,0 or under. The amount of loins in the box is between 3 - 4.
