MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Beef cheek cut off one piece, extra fat and membrane is removed. Packed to vacum 4 - 5 pieces/vacum and then to carton and 8 vacumpack/carton, after these freezing. Product is a variable weight. The product is produced both in production plants Finland 26 (Jyväskylä) and Finland 78 (Kauhajoki).
